We appreciate you shopping with Mangrove and hope you love what you bought! If you need to return or exchange your Mangrove gear, please review the following.
Mangrove Promise
We strive for excellence in everything we make at Mangrove. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, we'll do our best to replace or refund.

Returns
- We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn items with all tags still attached for store credit or a refund. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- All returns to the original payment method are subject to a restocking fee of $7 which will be deducted from your refund. Returns for store credit will not have any restocking fee.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- You are responsible for shipping return items back to Mangrove at the following address (or you're welcome to deliver in person with prior approval from us). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
- If you'd like to exchange the same product for a different size, contact us at help@mangrove.surf and we'll help get you sorted.
- To exchange your item for a different product, we will process your original item as a refund or store credit (see details above). You will need to purchase your new desired product through normal checkout.
- We're a small business, so it's likely that your original shipping fees will be non-refundable. We'll do out best to get you your new items as cost-effectively as possible. Thank you for your understanding!

Refunds & Credits
- Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of like-new condition (unwashed and unworn with hang tags still attached).
- The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 5-10 business days once we receive and approve the returned item(s).
- Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item arrived damaged or defective. Returns are subject to a $7 restocking fee.
- If we are unable to exchange or repair an item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue you a gift card or store credit.
Damages / Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
